it's over!

time to celebrate!

january has officially ended.

i can't be happier. i detest the month of january. always have.

it's gloomy after the sparkle of the holidays.

it's cold.

it's long.

it basically has no redeeming qualities.

and this year it was especially tough. especially.

but it's over.

and there is a light at the end of winter.

february usually seems to fly by, and anyway it's the last full month of winter so spring is on its way.

so january is gone. and it can just pack its bags and stay away until next year.
