Who exactly does she think she is?

Oprah Winfrey?????
Could it just be a little bit more about her??? Do people actually watch her show anymore? Can she be a bit more full of how wonderful she is? Hasn't anyone noticed that every conversation she has - she brings back to herself somehow and how great she is? Besides the fact - her favorite things giveaways - not like she is buying them and giving them out. Does she ever spend or donate her own money or just other peoples????? My tirade for the afternoon....

An update

So half of us is galavanting in EUROPE right now whilst the better half stays back in the steaming, no boiling midwest. Ah, how interesting life is. It's a lazy, hot summer day here temps topping out at over 100 degrees. Can't complain too much - I just got back from an east coast beach vacation with the whole family. Still, Delaware is not Europe. More like a trip than a vacation with our two littles anyway.

While the midwest is certainly steamy, the east coast boils with all matters of inconsiderate, rude people. Fascinating people watching, but a good lesson in rudeness.

The trip had a sweet ending as my two year old, who has an uncanny ability to do the right thing at the right time, spit on the mayor of our dear city as we were departing our plane. Too bad the press wasn't there to capture the spit flying onto her tourquise-leopard print silk jacket and leather bag!!!
