and the perfect way to end a perfectly beautiful day? a lovely dinner with friends. and some delicious drinks. bellinis to be exact. perfect for today. and perfect for now. with fresh peaches in season. delicious.

2/3 c. peach puree
1 bottle chilled prosecco
ice
orange slices for garnish

blend peach puree and ice in blender. pour puree mixture part way in glass, add prosecco and garnish with orange slice.
