thrift thursday.

it really wouldn't be thursday without some thrifting.

a quick trip on the usual route turned up a few goodies today. i'm so into these old pyrex/glassbake/fireking dishes these days. i'm not sure why. but i love the bright colors and funky patterns on them. they just seem cool. and this one fits all that...the blue is actually brighter. much brighter in person. torqouise to be exact. bright. torqouise. and crisp white. so cool.


and then these cute napkins and tablecloth. embroidered with violets. purple violets, people. purple violets. some of you will remember that that was our sorority flower. not that i bought them based on that. but funny. i thought.


and then. there were these. and my friend. my thrifty friend, nancy is still trying to figure out a way to finagle them out of me. keep trying. keep trying.
