the culprit. of those blue lips. these are really quite horrid. and stain quite. horribly. faces. and clothing. such a disappointment. and i soooo. wanted to love. them. i adore the good. old fashioned. red white and blue bomb pops. so these were supposed to be just the blue part of the red. white. and blue. but they're just not the same. and the end results. are not so. good. unless you're going for the goth look.
